Wingate and a Citrix Metaframe server

A client has asked us to connect to his citrix metaframe server to recieve job quotes etc...

When trying to access this I get the following error. "The Citrix relay name could not be resolved (SSL error 40)

I have enabled port 1494 in extended networking, as well as 443 to no avail. Has anyone else had problems with errors like this.

I'm suspicious about "name cannot be resolved" that sounds more like a DNS issue. Is there some sort of relay running at the client end that requires access to their local DNS to work?

I agree it does sound like DNS to me as well, but apparently we are the only vendors who are having trouble accessing the information. When I told them I was using a proxy server, they were like "Oh... well we will have to talk to one of our senior techs" etc...
