Can not install, this is extremly wierd...

Hello, I was just trying to install this software to try it out. So I downloaded it from your website, and tried to install it. However, it showed me an error that it cant install WinGate because i have MS ICS or firewall enabled on my Windows XP pro. I dont. I checked, double checked retried, rebooted, etc. I dont seem to get it working though, thanks in advance for the help.

P.S.
I got
AMD Athlon XP 1800+ Processor
512 MB DDR RAM
Nvidia GeForce 4 4400 TI Grahpic Card
Maxtor 40 GB HD 7200 RPM Hard Drive
Asus A7V333 Motherboard.
I am currently using MS Windows XP pro without SP1.
