If you are on the same computer as WinGate is on, you can tick the "Log in to local machine" checkbox. If you are connecting remotely, you will need to find out what the IP address of that machine is. (By using WinIPCfg or ipconfig, etc.)

Are you using ENS, proxies or WGIC ? From the sound of it you need to create a TCP mapping. But once we've established how your client PCs are connecting and you can log into GateKeeper, then things should be alright.
