Hi Nicola
Depending on what your scenario with LDAP use is, but it usually uses port 389 tcp/udp.
If your clients behind WinGate are initiating the connection then WinGate will handle this without any need to configure the firewall.
However , you will need to configure a hole (with appropriate redirection to the LDAP server), IF the connection is being made from a remote Internet location. You can configure the port in the ENS configuration in GateKeeper.
Simply access the Port Security tab and select "Connections from the Internet" and configure your appropriate port.
Select the "redirect packet" option and specify the internal IP of the LDAP server. This way all incoming traffic on this port will be sent straight to the LDAP server.
Hope this helps
Regards
