New User Questions

1. In the activity window, I right clicked on a site and selected to ban server. How do I reverse that (remove the ban)?
2. I am using DHCP with the 10.0.0.x range. On one of my users, I see lots of entries under NAT ICMP with their local DHCP provided address <-> 10.0.5.59 (the numbers count down 58, 57, etc). What are these entries?
3. I am a bit confused about port forwarding. We have a mail server within our network, so I need WG to forward port 25 traffic to the static IP of our mail server. How do I do that?
4. How do I access and look at the log files?
5. How is the product licensed? Is it by the total number of concurrent users?
6. Is there a manual that I can download? I see the help files, but that really is not answering my questions. Thanks!

GateKeeper --> Extended Networking Service --> Black Hole

The ICMP Protocol is being used on those computers; e.g. pinging.

You should be able to get the concepts via this post.

How do I access and look at the log files?

C:\Program Files\WinGate\Logs
http://x.x.x.x:8010
*Bug in the Web Version of Log files - will be fixed in next version.

5. How is the product licensed? Is it by the total number of concurrent users?

Yes it is by concurrent users. You might also want to review:

There is no single manual; support options are available from here:

The changes between version 6.x releases can be reviewed here:
