ftp proxy ?

Hi, i'm wondering how i get the ftp proxy to work with a server that only
accepts SSL ftp connections,

SSL ftp client -> Internet -> wingate machine -> ftpd machine.

if i turn off SSL on the ftpd it works with no problems at all if i use the
ftp proxy.

f i redirect ports instead it hangs when doing file listings etc.

u need tick the box transparent blah blah something or rather
under ftp proxy properties.. have a look cant rememnber exactly which tab.
but i had the same problem, and it worked.
look a few posts down solution there

Hmm. the "transparent redirection" box was checked,

when a normal ftp client connects to the proxy without ssl it works fine

when someone tries to connect with SSL ftp client to SSL ftpd it doesn't work.

i'll try to reexplain,

(External client) -> internet >- Wingate Machine -> internal Lan -> SSL ftpd machine.
