no username in History tab

no username in History tab

I have installed Wingate 5.2.3 Trial only to control the WWW activity in my network.
Internet conection work OK via wingate but in the History tab not view the username ("Guest" in WGusername) and Application N/A
I chosen Windows NT/2000/XP Pro User database and Either Wingate or Windows accounts in Database Options.
after synchronizing and stop/star engine everything it follows equal
I have a network with domain and wingate is installed in domain controller (win200 server) with registry and WGservice modified

Network tab is empty, it is normal?
My access to internet is with DSL router 3Com 812 Office Connect

Hi there

Do you have WinGate set to authenticate users?

Regardless of which user database format you use, users will show up as Guest in History until there is a policy set in WinGate (either on a service or system wide basis) that requires users to be assumed or authenticated.

You can find out how to authenticate users in the WinGate helpfile or in the knowledgebase on our Website.
