hi all

i'm using wingate 5.2.3 with win2003enterprice in LAN with 5 client ,used for internet Dailup for Tx and sat for Rx (i use proxy config for it)

i need some help here , which better for caching & speed that i chose my clients applications as local access or mixed or global..so i need anyone tell me how that i make the great config for cache ;)

second can i caching the speed test like mcafee Speedometer or other sites (i wann cache all things)

Hi,

If you're using the WGIC then you should set Internet Explorer to mixed access, local access means that the WGIC will ignore it so you won't be able to browse if you set it to local.
