Wingate Pro Differences

On the website, it states "WinGate is also available in two "flavours" - Plus and Pro. These are basically identical except that Pro allows you to remotely configure and control WinGate, whereas Plus requires all configuration and monitoring of WinGate to be performed on the WinGate machine itself."

However, I saw an article that states the Pro version allowed you to integrate with NT user databases and configure policies on a per-user or per-group basis. I don't mind doing configuration on the server console itself, but if I buy the standard version, will I still be able to make user and group policies on WinGate? Yes, the remote control part is right - it's the user database part that it doesn't agree with.

So, I can still use the user & group features under the standard edition?

hmmmmm looks like our website needs updating....

The answer is that you can use users and groups etc in WinGate Plus.
