Rotating Connections

Hi,

A customer has related that with a previous version of WinGate (not sure which one) he found that when alternating connections if one of the connections went down, the entire connnection was lost. Wingate had no way to determine that one connection was gone, and automatically switch to the remaining good line. Can you tell me if this has been fixed in the latest version?

Hi Joan,

This will be available in version 6, you can prioritize connections, if one connection becomes unavailble you can specify another connection to use. WinGate 6 will also dynamically register bindings, so if a connection comes up after WinGate has started we can now see it without an engine restart.

We hope to have version 6 released later this week.
