I see a reference to this in the help file but do not see the dialog option on the WinSock tab. I am running V6 Pro, is this an enterprise only feature?

Yes, this is an enterprise only feature as per

We just introduced 6, 12, and 25 user licensing for Enterprise so it is less painful to upgrade.
