Upgrade from Current License

I currently have a license for the following:

Invoice Number: 461101
WinGate Plus 5.x 3 User
License Number: 23-0445127
License Name: South Valley Engineering

from which I had upgraded to 6.0.3.

The original computer that was registered has been retired and I am attempting to install WinGate on a new computer. However the license is still attached to the old one and so I cannot activate it.

Please advise on what I should do.

Hi there,

What you could do if the old server is still operating is to connect it to the Internet and deactivate the licence online, either from the Start menu to Wingate and the Licence Management or in Gatekeeper, Help and Licence Management.

Otherwise, you could contact Mr Matt Parker [mattp[AT]qbik.com] or Qbik Support to have it manually done using the full licence Key which is an alphanumeric string, 22 characters or so.
