house cleaning

Postby ngrayson » Jan 06 08 9:15 am

Guys just a quicky.

In my licens manager I have several old expired kaspersky licenses.

Is there any way of removing them to leave me with only the valid wingate and kaspersky licenses?

Cheers

Hi Neil,

Can you select them then deactivate them?

Hmmm,

Embarrasingly yes. I'm certain I tried this yesterday and it failed.

Oh well, never mind.

Many thanks indeed.

Hi Neil,

Happy new year!

That is good, mind you I have seen old redundant KAV licences which could not be selected or removed, hence my original scepticism that they would require perhaps some registry editing, or at that is how I think I cleaned them out in one client's case.
