Force Users To re-authenticate

Is there a way to force users to have to re-authenticate to the proxy after a given amount of time (ie after 15 min). I tested the proxy > sessions setting that's set by default to timeout after 180 secs of inactivity and the user still isn't required to re-authenticate after the time has elasped? We aren't using the wingate client (the users will be authenticating via the browser). Does anyone know of a way to require users to re-authenticate to the proxy after a given period of time of inactivity?

There must be something that is holding a connection open to or through WinGate, which therefore keeps the credentials of that user associated with the IP address.

What do you see in GateKeeper activity screen?
