What Operating System/Service Pack is running on the computer?

I am not running any plug-ins. It is running on a windows 2003 server OS, Wingate is version 6.2.0 build 1122.

Have you tried upgrading to 6.6.4?
It has a rewritten WWW proxy, which is quicker than the previous one.
What sort of speed / latency issues are you seeing?
