The more information you can give us, the more efficiently we can answer your forum post. I will make a suggestion for you to try, and if it does not resolve your problem, we will need to do a discovery of your setup.
Suggestion:
You are setup for the NAT connection method, and you have successfully connected once. When you are setup for NAT, you do not need to put any proxy settings into the Dreamweaver application.
