Conection limit per user??

How do I limit conection per user?(is it possible?)

It's very important for me to limit number of conections per user because every user who uses p2p programs
have about 500-2000 conections.
I have 10 users and this is too much for my ISP. I get banned for too many conections.

We cannot restrict the amount of connections based of an application name.

Depending on your client’s connection method, you may be able to use an alternative policy which is similar, but not the same as your request.

Are you sure there are no options / registry keys in the file sharing program to limit the connections?

i was hoping to see a solution for this litle thingamajiggie too!

connection method is socks5 proxy or NAT, need to limit number of simultaneous connections from a particular IP address to a pre specified number.

as for registry keys, the users are not the most honest users around and tend to change the settings the moment the admin leaves their premisis!!

?! The p2p programs are on my clients computers NOT ON MY SERVER....
