Wingate date problem

when i open a newpaper web page or a news web page it always open at 20 of September and it's the same in all computers in the company, and i erase all the cookies, history and everything but it's still the same.

Go into GateKeeper, select caching, and then set

"Number of days before rechecking HTML files" to 0
