You can relay a connection to your Wingate machine from the outside made on the predefined port, to be relayed to ISA server.

Below is an image of connecting WinGate to an upstream server. Regarding Authentication to ISA, how does that computer usually authenticate to it?

Ok, i knew it. But there are connections with ip and port only (except socks with password), not with Login and Password.
Computer authenticate with ISA using proxy parameters (internet explorer - network - proxy), and when i run to internet pages, it asks for login and password.
