Please help - Wingate & Browsing internal network

Hi All - any advise would be really appreciated!

I have a wingate machine with an internal and external NIC. The internal NIC is set to 192.168.1.2 and is part of a windows network. The gateway is set to 255.255.255.0 and no DNS is set in the properties. The wingate machine is part of an AD and the DC has a DNS server on it. The clients on the network can connect to the internet no problem through the WG server.

The problem I am having (and seem to always have) is the the wingate machine is unable to browse the internal network (either through the explorer or wingate's network browser). I cannot ping any machines on the WG machine by name, although I can by IP. Some of the clients appear on the activity tab by name, others strictly by IP address.

Any help/pointers would be really appreciated.

Are you refering that Subnet mask is set to 255.255.255.0 and gateway and DNS are left blank? If this is the case then you should be able to view your local network.

The following articles should have information with setting up Wingate in an AD environment. You should read through it first or again if you have already read it to double check that your setup is correct:

I will keep looking to see if there could be any other possible cause of this incase the above does not resolve this issue.
