Apache behind Wingate Server

Postby Jukebox2 » Jul 05 06 7:33 am

Hi there. I have a client PC with internal IP 192.168.0.1 and the Wingate Server using NAT with IP 192.168.0.13 in other PC.

So, I'm running an Apache Server in the internal PC, and I can access this service with any PC on the LAN. If I put 192.168.0.1 in any PC browser on LAN, I can access the HTTP service from Apache. But I'm unable to access the service from Internet. For example, if the external IP is 4.56.77.88, and I try to access that from another PC outside the network, I can't make it (no address found).

I'm already using ENS Port Redirect on Wingate PC Server (in fact, it's working on others services I opened on network connecting from the outside, for example, a game server). It's configured as Redirect to 192.168.0.1 on ports from 80 to 80, don't translate, on TCP. I already stopped Wingate HTTP Proxy Server working on port 80 and setted it to port 8080.

Having all this, I'm still unable to access the Apache Web Server from outside. What's wrong?

I would say that the first thing you have to check is the default route from the Apache machine - it should point to Wingate server (192.168.0.13)
