Using Wingate to cache my website

I have a website that I am wanting to put Wingate in front of, to essentially keep track of all people on the website and also to see what files on my website are being cached.

I have been trying for the past hour or two to figure out how to even attempt this but I have had no luck.

My layout would be:

Website (Hosted on one service provider)
|
Caching system (Hosted on a different provider)
|
Internet (It would essentially be a transparent proxy)

I thought using WWW Proxy Servers built-in web server to serve files could be used to serve the url/ip of a website, but it only serves local files.

Reverse proxy doesn't work as it just shoots out errors:

I am absolutely stuck.

Is anyone able to provide some help with this?

Hi

You need to use the reverse proxy feature. If you're just getting errors about connections failing, you need to resolve what is causing that.

Are you getting the connection to the proxy in the first place? Have you tried connecting from outside your LAN?
