Real Player and Voice on MSN

I am using wingate 5.0.2. and unable to have voice transfer on MSN, nither real player is working on clients. Can any one help me out??please?

I would try upgrading. If MSN uses the H.323 protocols for voice, these were supported properly only from version 5.1 onwards.

I have version 5.2 and voice in MSN don't work
