What should be the Wingate config with DSL modem?

Wingate was working ok when setup at home with home DSL modem. Moved to client's system, corrected IP and now no one can access the inet even though the Wingate server can.No conflicting IPs either. Checked bindings and ok. DNS working ok (can ping www.qbik.com and get replies ok). What does Wingate require in terms of DSL modem firewall settings to allow proxy connections from port 80 (WWW)? DSL Modem literature talks about TCP/UDP but I can't figure out what Wingate needs first for WWW port 80 to work. NAT ,by the way, has never worked but i was planning on porting it through the WWW server anyways.

Hi

When you say corrected IP, do you mean you changed the LAN IP of the WinGate machine? if so, it may put it on a different subnet, which the other LAN clients may not be able to reach.

Can your LAN clients ping the WinGate server?

Yes, clients can ping the Wingate server AND even the inet (i.e www.qbik.com). All LAN machines are on the same subnet as the wingate server internal NIC.
Previously I could see the http requests of users using the WWW proxy on the activity screen but now only can see the NAT requests (NAT don't work by the way) Never did.

BTW, there isn't a gateway on the internal NIC in the Wingate machine is their?

Do an:

IPCONFIG /ALL C:\IP-WINGATE.TXT

& on a client pc -->

IPCONFIG /ALL C:\IP-CLIENT.TXT
