cannot use ftp service...

Dear all,

Suppose, I use ftp://gocambodia@gocambodia.com then the page will show:

Anonymous Access Denied

When I use WS_FTP Pro to upload then the below error message below appear:
! Receive error: connection reset
! Retrieve of folder listing fail(4)

These mean that I cannot ftp.

In Wingate FTP property>>Non-Proxy request>>I choose Reject request
In Wingate FTP property>>Connection>>I choose Directly.

I surely appreciate all of your comments with this..

Ah WS_FTP! Wonderful!:-)

Does this happen if use command line FTP, or a different FTP client, or just with WS_FTP? Are you using Passive or Active mode?

This is conencting out through WinGate i assume you mean? ANd you are using direct proxy conenction rather than NAT or WGIC?

IT's OK now with WS_FTP Pro, Sir.

But it still show error message " Anonymous Access Denied"
While I tried to use ftp in the Web Browser.

Yes, i use direct proxy connection and now i choose NAT in Extended Network.

But for WGIC in WWW Service, whenever I choose then I cannot browse internet from client.

What should I do with Wingate server?
