It is possible or not with Wingate server to against window popup for all client machine?

Not really. Your best bet would be to create a ban list in the WWW proxy (assuming your connections are going through this) for each ad server that sends pop ups. Long winded i know. It is something we could maybe put in to the WGIC at a later date though.
