Are you logging in as a client behind WinGate to a FTP Server on the internet, or are you logging in to an FTP Server behind WinGate ?

I logging an FTP Server behind WinGate on wingate FTP Proxy service using port 21 and my FTT server (U-serv) using port 29

but if I using prev version (wingate 4.0) no problem

maybe iam wrong manage port

When you connect to your FTP server and the data channel is denied (To get the directory listing) do you see a corresponding block on a TCP port from the firewall ? (Do you have ENS installed and active ?)

Feb 04 04 3:52 pm

I have instal and active ENS and I already setting port security for TCP port 29 connection from internet

in firewall status I don't see any block from my source Ip address
Whats worng to my setting FTP server
but from LAN my ftp server is no problem

example

my IP static 202.171.1.xx my IP local is 192.168.1.xxx

I connect ftp from 192.168.1.xx to 202.171.1.xx is no problem
but I connect to our branch using Ip static 202.171.2.xxx to 202.171.1.xxx thas problem

in IP 202.171.1.xx I open port 29 on FTP server (u-serv) and prot 21 for FTP proxy server (wingate)

sorry I have little knwoledge about this

Feb 05 04 2:19 pm

I have found the problem here... if client connect my FTP server with disabling intenet firewall (windows XP) there is no problem

but I still not found the right configuration for ENS or Managing Port in win gate 5.x (before I use Wingate 4.x because not configure ENS or Firewall)

after all Wingate 5.x is best Gateway in the world

Thanks for you all guys
