i need that computers only visit a list of allowed sites, but when it's not a allowed site the system have to ask for a user and password. i need that the outlook run.
now i use transparent proxy, i controll allowed visit sites thru proxy service, but i can`t control the system asks user when the site its not allowed

If you have setup policy to simply allow access to a certain group of sites without authentication, you can create a second policy that requires users to authenticate.

For the sites that are explicitly allowed without authentication, WinGate will not ask users to authenticate in an attempt to elevate their security level. For all other sites (banned sites) it should prompt for a username + password to give them authenticated status, which would then allow access to those sites.
