Disable Download

Dear All:
First Of all iam very happy that i found this fourm
Second :
I need to know if i can disable download from some users
what i did that i have now 3 groups
Administrators, Guest , and power
so how i can configure the group to disable download from this group
ps : i arrange users by Ip address

What application are your users using to download?

If you are using the WinGate client you can block applications altogether. If not, you would need to block connections on certain port numbers.
