I´ve just downloaded and installed Wingate and I must be done something wrong, since I´m navigating normally in the Client, but I couldn´t send and receive e-mails. My scenario is:
. Domain hosted in a ISP (globalconnection.com.br)
. POP Server: pop.globalconnection.com.br
. SMTP Server: smtp.globalconnection.com.br
. Email accounts:
xpto@globalconnection.com.br
. POP3 Username: xpto
Thanks for any help.

How are you connecting to the WinGate Server ? Are you using NAT, WGIC or direct proxy ?

WGIC.

How is your systems configured ? Are you using the proxies in WinGate or connecting directly ?
What error messages are you seeing when you attempt to connect ? Is it a case of connection time-out ? Or does the mail client report an error ?

I have 2 Workstations:
- The "Server" is running WinGate Server and ZoneAlrm. I can send and receive e-mails from this workstation.
- The "Client" is running WGIC.
Is that what you want?
Is there a Step-By-Step installation manual?

I take it you can browse the internet normally from the client?! On the client machine how do you have your email client configured? If you have them set like:
. POP Server: pop.globalconnection.com.br
. SMTP Server: smtp.globalconnection.com.br
then this should connect directly to your ISP's mail server, but be hooked by the WGIC on the client machine.
Is this the case?
