Thanks Nev for your suggestion. But I couldn't fix it.
Let me clarify the scenario!...
I want use wingate's mail server with out using any other mail servers with outlook as mail client application on client computers.
Every thing is perfect. I can send test mails from my client PC to the Wingate\mail\pop3 folder. But not possible to pop or retrieve these message from these folders to outlook.
My local domain name is abc.com defined in wingate mail server. Corresponding users are generated in wingate server under the domain as user@abc.com etc...
Outlook configuration is
Username: user@abc.com
password: ***
POP3 server: IP of wingate server(192.168.100.2 ) port 110
SMTP server: IP of wingate server(192.168.100.2 ) port 25
Wingate server configuration is:
Network Interfaces
127.0.0.1 (LOOPBACK) [Internal] [Secure]
192.168.100.2 (LAN) [Internal] [Secure]
192.168.0.2 (LAN) [External] [Unsecure]
POP3 Proxy server (POP3 Proxy server)
Port: 8110
Delimiter: #
Non proxy requests are piped through to predetermined server: which is 192.168.100.2:110 (POP3 server of wingate)
SMTP Proxy server (SMTP Proxy server)
Port: 25
Support inbound mail via server via internal mail server 192.168.100.2:825
Local mail domain added as: abc.com
POP3 Server (POP3 Server)
Port: 110
SMTP Server (SMTP Server)
Session Timeout: 300
Port: 825
I can send and receive mails from internet pop3 account using outlook.
Please help me on this!... As I have spent hour with out any success.
## I think only problem is at the outlook side in configuration of pop. ##

Now at last I could pop the local mail.
POP3 server: IP of wingate server(192.168.100.2 ) port 8110
SMTP server: IP of wingate server(192.168.100.2 ) port 8025
At the POP3 server policy everyone included.
Now while testing the account it's fine.
Any feedback please let me know. Meanwhile let me check any erors on real time scenario.
Thanks Oliver and Nev for your valuable advise...
Cheers
