How to delete the blocked ip address setting?

I had blocked the ip address in the "gatekeeper"-"activate".So the workstation failed to connect the wingate,even ping wingate server,it just reply"reply time out".
How can i delete this setting?

Hi John,

If I understand you correctly, try the following path from WinGate Gatekeeper:

System > Extended Networking > IP Blackhole tab - select the address that you want to release and Delete. It should be that simple.
