No VPN service in the System tab of the WG Control Panel!

Weird problem here.

Version 5.2.3 running fine. All of a sudden the wingate.exe service pegs at 99%. Can't open gatekeeper. I'm able to reboot the server (NT 4.0 all service patches up to date, just basic file/print services server) finally and when it comes up it's dog slow because wingate.exe again is at 99%.

Event viewer tells me "The Qbik WinGate Engine service hung on starting. ". Then I see an event: Event ID: 4, Source: QbikHkNt, Description: "Driver detect an internal error in its data structures for."

Removed WinGate through add/remove programs and re-installed. Basic installation, install ENS, don't install e-mail, install VPN.

Still didn't work. I even de-installed and installed version 5.2.2 and still, the same thing.

All my license are up to date.

I need to get this VPN up and running guys!

Just to confirm, the problem your trying to sort out is that fact that WinGate runs at 99% CPU, or that you have lost the VPN option from Gatekeeper?
