Multiple VPN connections from different clients

I am currently evaluation Wingate and it is working very good. I have however an annoying problem.
We have a wingate server connected to the internet and 15 clients behind it. Works good. I can setup a VPN connection to a company VPN server from my workstation (one of the wingate clients) and that also works perfectly.
However, I am the only one who can use a VPN connection. Somebody else who is trying to connect gets an error (errorcode 800 I believe). If I disconnect, the other person can connect. Same story, I cannot connect till he drops the connection.

The question: is it possible to setup multiple VPN connections from the clients?

I have added the port 1723 to the port security settings to disable the timeout. It would timeout within 3 minutes otherwise.

Any hints, tips etc are welcome. Thanks in advance.
