Mail Error Not allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Hi,

Wingate Email has worked fine until problem with remote mail checking and a version upgrade to 5.2.3

Mail often bounces back with Wingate Postmaster reporting transcript below.

Please advise what's going on and how to fix it.

Hi,

The Wingate mail server is intercepting client mail to another ISP server and returning it as undelivered with not transcript, so we can't problem solve. Any ideas
