help with setting up remotely anywhere on wingate

I am trying to set up remotely anywhere (port 2000) on wingate at a remote location. We use wingate and a proxy server at our location also. I set it up as a tcp service on port 7400 of wingate
and map the ip address of pc with remote anywhere on it to port 2000. WHen I try to log into their dns name:7400 from the computer here it doesnt go through, gives a "page cannot be displayed error" but i see something happening on wingate on their location when i rdp to it, It tries but just denies the connection.
helppp..any suggestions?
