Gatekeeper not showing anything

Hi, I am having problems with the Gatekeeper, my config is:

win2k3 server
wingate 5.2.2
Puresight content filter

When I download/open the GK from the http://server:8010 internal logfile of wingate and I try to connect to the server it keeps whowing the gray window without any action. Do not hangs it just keep trying to connect.
When I check the connection status of the client (via the GK of the server) it shows me "WinGate Login: retrieve List of components" and keeps like that indefinitely.
I have tryed:
- changing the port
- sharing the server's wingate folder and trying to access the GateKeeper.exe from there
- re-installing the puresight

Please give me a hand here. Thanks!

Hi Javier

Two questions (obvious but I will ask them anyway)

1. Is the approriate interface bound in the Remote control service for you to be able to use GateKeeper.
2. Does your user (who you are trying to log into gatekeeper) have rights to access the control panel etc in Gatekeeper (usually administrator)

Just somethings to check.

yes it was the administrative rights, I was logging as a normal user.. but by default wingate comes with that configuration? where can I change it?
