disallowing to access one web site

Hi,
I have blocked meebo.com in WWW policies Evreyone | are ignored | ban list http url contains meebo .com but still i can access this site. What could be the issue.

1. In the "Ban list" tab you may have used a "NOT" - that would mean all websites will not be accessible except that one you specified.

2. The policy with the most rights will override the policies with less rights.

3. Check the spelling in the "Ban List"

another possibility is that the client may not be surfing through the proxy at all, and therefore proxy policy is not being applied.

Do you see the client activity in the activity screen in GateKeeper?

If not, check that connection interception is turned on and running on port 80 in the WWW proxy.
