Cache doesn't urn off?

Running 5.2.3 on Win 2000 Server.

I don't want the cache on & have unticked all items on the first screen.

However each time we re-boot, WinGate restarts the cache.

Is there a work around for this, or is it a bug?

Also should have said problem occurs if WinGate engine is shut down & started up again.
