Ban a range of ports of a specific IP

Hi all,

How to ban a range of ports (LAN connections to Internet) of a specific IP ? I can only ban a range of ports for all IP in Extended Network Driver's Port Security.

My WinGate 6.2.1 (Build 1133) runs on Windows 98.
