I can see my client computer is connected to my server, but

I can not check my email or use IE, I keep getting 'Cannot find server' error message. Any idea why, please?

Hi there

What connection method are you using NAT,Proxy, or WGIC?
If using NAT or WGIC is the Gateway and DNS entries on the client machines network properties pointed at the WinGate Servers internal IP?

NAT is probably the simplest method to use to get you going.

And lastly does the WinGate Server have an Internet connection/Interface configured/bound correctly?

Just some things to check
