Not able to access POP email from client

Hi,

I have Wingate ver 5.0.7 installed on XP client. This connectes to a Win2000 server via TCPIP. I have 12 clients (mis of 2000 and XP) accessing the internet and browsing with no problems at all. However, I am unable to download any emails from my pop3 server (yahoo.com) to my outlook 2002 client on one of my laptop (running XP) via wingate BUT another of my laptop users (running XP) has no reported problem and can download email using the same server. I am also unable to download any updates to my virus software (www.grisoft.com). Can anyone point me in the right direction or help at all? I have tried adding the IP address of the wingate server into all my configuration settings manually but this hasn't helped!
