OUTLOOK EXPRESS PROBLEM (Urgent)

Hi outloook express doesn't work on my client pc .... browser and ftp everythig is working but outlook is not working the error i get ... "Account mail.qualitytextile.com , Server : 'mail.qualitytextile.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No Error Number: 0x800CCC0F" ... this is the problem ... Urgent help Shall be warmly Appreciated!

Is the connection being intercepted by WinGate?

what shows up in GateKeeper's activity screen when you try to retrieve mail?

u can check my screen shot of wingate activity screen message at http://www.qualitytextile.com/error.jpg ... and please check on side the ports as i use for pop and smtp r correct or not ? ... please can u tell me step by step setting for email check through outlook express...

I take it you're not hosting this mail on the WinGate machine, and that 'mail.qualitytextile.com' is out on the internet somewhere? If this is the case then in Outlook Express, as you need to set your POP server to the internal IP of the WinGate machine, and set the Username in Outlook Express to be Shoaib#mail.qualitytextile.com (if shoaib is your email username).

If you are not hosting email on the WinGate machine you Should also make sure that the POP SERVER (not proxy) and SMTP Server are stopped (this is under the System tab in Gatekeeper). Also the correct port for Pop3 is 110 and for SMTP 25.
