client disconnect from wingate server

i have 20 computers sharing internet with wingate 5.2.3. I have set up server and have made the configurations on client computers. The clients try to connect to internet through server, and i see them on server. But when the client enters the url address on browser, it seems that it will connect. But after a few seconds , connection fails. What may be wrong?

Hi, are you using NAT, WGIC or proxy configuration to connect to the server?

Also what happens if you stop the Wingate engine and delete the history files in the install directory [history.*] then re start the engine and try out?


Is internet usage ok on the server direct to the isp?
