I had a situation earlier where I could not get back into Gatekeeper... I read on the forum where I had deleted the administrator account so I added it back and everything worked. I did it again but this time when I deleted the administrator account and I go back into Gatekeeper its blank and no functions are allowed. I went and saw that my wingate key was not in Gatekeeper. I cannot find my copy of the email confirming registration but I have 2 previous keys and they wont work. How do I get the key back. Is there a way to look up in the computer and see where we purchased and send us our key.
Please help....

WinGate stores its licence key in the registry at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Qbik Software\WinGate\License Manager\Wingate\License0
Do you have anything under that key currently? You may also find older keys stored at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Qbik Software\WinGate\Licensing
If not, have you tried uninsatlling then re-installing WinGate and then trying one of your keys that you do still have?

I found my license key. But everytime I go to gatekeeper it prompts for a new password. It wont let me store one or even leave it blank like I was doing before. Then when I do put the key in and it seems to accept it nothing happens in gatekeeper. I am logged on but no functions. I did email my key. I have been having email trouble and you obviously did not recieve it. Should I sent it again?

I tried to put my license in. A box popped up confirming our license information at Bob Hembree Motor Co. but Gatekeeper will not show anything, no activity or anything, its just a gray box. Do you recommend reinstalling the software.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for that, I've found your license information from your company name, I've emailed it to you for verification.
Which version are you running? If you've trialed the beta to version 6 then you won't be able to enter your old license information.
It sounds like some of your settings have become a bit messed up. I've sent you some instructions along with your license key, please let me know how you get on.
