License of Wingate Pro 12 Users. We are waiting...

14 days ago the "Istituto Stenografico Commerciale" ordered a copy of the Wingate Plus - 12 Users version and today we still have no possibility to install the program on our server because we have not received the license and the program that we have bought via Credit card (VISA).

We are waiting for your communication in order to complete our Informatic laboratory with the installation of your product.

We need as soon as an answer.

Hi, Who did you order from? It wasn't Qbik, but it may have been Deerfield or a reseller.
As you may have read on our site, we are no longer associated with Deerfield, however they have been pointing WinGate sales to a company called AIG, apparantly a shell company that signed up as a Qbik reseller, but whose status been cancelled.

If you can contact the company who you purchaced from they should clear the matter.
