Wingate 5 SERVER problem on WinXP Professional

Hi, the wingate server can´t start on my WinXP Professional. I disabled the Windows Firewall, and I disabled a 3rd party firewall, but still doesn´t work, The wingate engine monitor hangs on yellow color, and it says "wingate is starting..." and nothing happens. Can somebody help me? Thanks!
