[Q] my bandwidth control in beta3 seemed not working...

I setuped the rules as figures below, but some users still can download at the speed much higher than my configuration..

Oh, one more thing - you said some user could still connect faster - which means that most of the users were throttled down fine?

anyway, I found that sometimes bandwidth function seemed unavaible, but sometimes fine....wow..confused
