1. Can your network machines ping each other by computer name? if not, can they ping each other by IP address?
2. What IP addresses are allocated to your client machines, and how are they being allocated, is this using WinGate's DHCP server, or are the IP addresses being manually assigned, or some other method?
In order to successfully use WinGate's DHCP server to allocate IP addresses to other machines on your network, the network adapter on the WinGate machine needs to have its IP address manually assigned. We normally recommend 192.168.0.1, MASK 255.255.255.0, no default gateway, and leave DNS settings blank (use instead the DNS settings from the other adapter, either dialup, or however that machine is connecting to the Internet).
Then, on the client machines, the configuration in the TCP/IP properties would be to "obtain an IP address automatically". If you then restart these machines they should then be allocated TCP/IP properties from WinGate. The default settings that WinGate uses, will allow these machines to connect to the Internet through WinGate.
