Error: A connection with the server ...

Error: A connection with the server could not be established ... SOAPAction

Whenever i try to access a WebService, i get this error. On the server, where my WinGate is running, everything is OK (but the server does not use the WinGate to connect to the internet).
All the other things (FTP, Email, IE) are doing fine.
